Whether moving from a pure technical role to a management role, a general manager moving into the project space or anything in-between, the Hire-Calling PM Coaching program offers our clients an edge in prepping for their upcoming Project Management interview based on 25+ years of corporate interview experience.

IAS comes in after you've secured an interview and customizes our program deliverables using your unique experience and desired new role. The program runs 7 hours total (Avg) spread over a few days and focuses on these key areas:

-Assess fit of clients resume to the desired new job based on the job description, determine key areas of deficiencies.

-Create accomplishment stories based on potential questions; rehearse to ensure confidence / smooth delivery.

-Craft specific questions for the interviewer based on job type and company/industry.
